Not only does it contain details of all the Framework Agreements available to them including details of new agreements and updates to existing agreements, it also contains details of training opportunities and events; news articles, management information and guidance documents for procurement practitioners. The website receives over 3000 visits a month, with the majority of visitors seeking information about suppliers on framework agreements. Advertising on the NWUPC website is an effective way to target buyers from our member institutions.
Discounts are available for consecutive monthly bookings of up to 3 months with 20% savings for each consecutive month. Consecutive bookings must be requested at the time of booking.

What are the requirements for the banner ad?
  • 510px (width) by 130px (height).
  • High-quality images. Accepted file format: JPEG, PNG or GIF.
  • Website page or email address to be provided for linking the ad.
Can the advertisement period begin on any day of the month?
No, the advertisement period begins when you have selected the month to start advertising. For example, if you request to advertise in January, your banner ad will run from January 1st – 31st.
 
Where will our ad be visible on the website?
Banner adverts are displayed on all of NWUPC’s web pages.
 
Can the advert design change each month if booking consecutive months?
Yes, you can update your advertisement at any time. However, we ask that you send your new design at least 4 days in advance to the advert being posted.
 
What are the terms and conditions
  • Maximum of 2 advertising spots available per month.
  • There is no guarantee that competitor companies will not be on the same banner section.
  • Ads are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • Consecutive bookings will depend on availability.
  • Adverts need to be provided at least 4 days prior to the start of the advertising period.
  • Invoices will need to have been paid prior to the advertisement being posted.

The NWUPC e-Bulletin provides our members with an update on Consortium activities including Contracting Activities, Category Group Updates and Legal Updates. A long established publication, the newsletter is a valued source of information for our members. The NWUPC Newsletter is a digital only newsletter published each month and distributed electronically to over 700 targeted readers across our membership. The Newsletter is also distributed to our colleagues in other consortia across the UK, and available to view on the NWUPC website. Advertising through the NWUPC Newsletter provides an opportunity to reach key decision makers in Higher Education Procurement including:

Files submitted should be high-resolution (300dpi). PDF, tiff, eps or jpeg files may be submitted. Please add 3mm bleed on all adverts.

Can the advert change for each issue if booking consecutively?
Yes, you can update your advertisement at any time. However, we ask that you send your new design in advance of the editorial deadline.
 
What are the terms and conditions
  • All NWUPC publications are digital only, hardcopy newsletters are no longer produced.
  • Advertisements and editorial submissions are granted on a strictly first come first serve basis.
  • Deadlines for submitting advertisements and editorial must be adhered to.
  • Guidelines for submitting advertisements must be followed.
  • Advertisements submitted by suppliers should only promote goods and services for which they are an approved supplier to NWUPC Ltd.
