Why exhibit or sponsor at the NWUPC Annual Conference 2023??

Taking place on Wednesday 14th June at The University of Manchester this will be the first face to face event in 4 years that NWUPC have held and will attract delegates from across our 24 Member institutions. As with previous conferences the supplier exhibition will be at the heart of the event and is a great opportunity to raise your profile amongst key decision makers.

Who will be attending?

NWUPC Conferences are open for all NWUPC Members, from Heads of Procurement to specialist buyers within our Member institutions. Delegates will be procurement managers, buyers, finance teams, business accountants and end users from our member institutions involved in procuring a wide range of products and services from across all category areas. Our face-to-face conferences are always extremely popular with our suppliers and members alike and we know that this year’s conference will be no different.

What opportunities are on offer?

As well as exhibition stands for framework suppliers, we offer sponsorship packages as our event provides a unique opportunity to promote your organisation, its products and services to key decision makers in the sector.

• Exhibitor Stand - £1,350 + VAT

All sponsor opportunities are in addition to the purchase of an exhibitor stand.

• Headline Sponsor - SOLD OUT
• Silver Sponsor - £2,000 + VAT (Limited opportunity available)

• Advertising: Delegate Bag - £150 + VAT
• Quarter Page advertisement in the official digital conference programme and a quarter screen advertisement on digital monitors in the main exhibition hall - £300 +VAT

We do have a limit on the number of exhibitors ensuring that suppliers are afforded maximum return on investment. Exhibition stands are only open to NWUPC Ltd approved framework suppliers of goods and services. However, should the exhibitor bookings attract a high level of interest from a particular framework or category group area we may need to restrict the number of suppliers from that area to ensure balance across the full range of our category groups.
