NWUPC Staffing Update

 
 

We have taken the decision to furlough some of our employees under the Government Job Retention Scheme, this will be effective from Monday 20th April 2020 and will run for at least 6 weeks.

To ensure full compliance with the requirements of the scheme we have put plans in place to make sure that workloads have been reassigned and projects parked where appropriate.  We will be operating a 3 week rotation cycle – so 3 weeks on 3 weeks off.  This approach is the fairest for our employees, has least impact on role delivery and gives us more flexibility.  Please see the rotation schedule below which shows the employees who will not be working on each rotation and alternative contact details:
