Work on the new Promotional Products Framework Agreement has started and is progressing to schedule. The draft tender documents are with the Tender Working Party for their final review and subject to there being no major issues, the OJEU advertisement will be placed w/c 11th September 2017.

The tender renewal has been advertised with tenders due back mid-September. At the time of writing there has been 24 expressions of interest. The new agreement is split into 3 lots:
Lot 1 - Bedding and Bathroom Textiles and Associated Student Accommodation Products.
Lot 2 - Student Kitchen Starter Packs
Lot 3 - Window Coverings
Please note lot 3 Window Coverings includes 3rd party access to the framework agreement so members using contractors will have access to agreed pricing structures to provide value for money.
Electrical items such as lamps, kettles, irons and toasters are not included in this lot as these are covered by the White Goods Framework Agreement.
The new agreement will be in place for December 2017 following the expiry of the current agreement.
Work on this new area for NWUPC is underway with the strategy currently being drafted. Further details will be available shortly.
