University Scores Top Marks for its Sustainable Procurement

 

The University of Manchester has achieved Level 5 – the highest possible rating – in the Government’s flexible framework for sustainable procurement.

The University is the first in the country to have its self-assessment independently verified, with Manchester’s practices checked by peer experts in their field from both procurement and an international sustainability background.

NWUPC Annual Conference 2017

 

Over the years, the Consortium has held the Annual Conference at a number of our member institutions, so it’s hard to believe this is the first time that we have held the Conference at Keele University.

This was also the first Conference for Julie-Ann as Managing Director of NWUPC, and the first Conference for some of the newer members of the Central Team.

Customer Service Excellence Award

 

In July 2014, North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) were awarded the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) award.

This award is held for a three year period, during which annual assessments were carried out by independently licensed certification bodies to ensure the organisation is maintaining and improving its customer service when compared to the standards of the award.
